THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO MAKE A FOREIGN STUDENT COME VIABLE:

 

1 - THROUGH INTERMINISTERIAL ORDINANCE No. 07 (ATTACHED):

Provides for a temporary visa and residence permit for study purposes.

The hiring of foreign students for academic internships in Brazil is currently governed by Interministerial Ordinance No. 7, in accordance with Law 13,445 and Decree 9,199, which regulates migration in Brazil.

 

2 - THROUGH NORMATIVE RESOLUTION 26 (ATTACHED) FOR INTERNSHIP/PROFESSIONAL EXCHANGE:

Disciplines the granting of a residence permit for work purposes to carry out a professional internship or professional exchange.

This RN allows the company to bring recent graduates and also does not require any link with an institution

of Brazilian education. However, it is necessary a Term of Commitment signed between the company, the candidate and an intervening party that manages an exchange program.
